Experience, integrity and customer service are the core elements of the newly merged Fallu McMillan Lawyers based at the Top of Town at Circa 160.

Launched in July, Fallu McMillan Lawyers is the merger of two established Ipswich firms:

McMillan Kelly Thomas Lawyers and Dale and Fallu Solicitors.

Combined, the two law firms have more than 100 hundred years of history serving the Ipswich region.

The new firm offers a reinvigorated team that combines the best practice policies of the previous entities.

Clients are now offered a broader range of law services including, divorce and family law, personal injury and compensation law, wills and estates, commercial law, criminal defence law and a full conveyancing service.

The merger has allowed the team to expand their commercial law department while still enabling the partners to focus on their particular areas of expertise.

Directors Michael Kelly, David Love, Bill Leather and Joshua Sheaffe are committed to offering the services and depth of expertise of a large firm, without compromising on the personalised service traditionally paired with smaller firms.

Ipswich District Law Association President, Justin Thomas works as a consultant for the firm.

Michael Kelly said strong ties with local professional networks combined with the directors’ continued commitment to community involvement provides mutually beneficial outcomes for clients.

“Because we cover all areas of law, we have a greater ability to fulfil all our client needs as they arise,” he said.

“Additionally, our strong relationships with other professionals in the area means we can partner with other professionals including financial planners and accountants to give systematic approach to outcomes, and not just be focused on one issue.”

According to Joshua Sheaffe, the new firm is dynamic, fresh and approachable, with all members being young or young at heart while being extremely accomplished in law.

“At Fallu McMillan customer service is paramount,” he said. “We strive to build an excellent rapport with clients, we meet regularly and stay in contact before, during and after proceedings,” he said.

“In concert with industry trends, our clients have excellent access to the person representing them. Not only are we exceptionally capable and competent we also answer questions quickly, make ourselves available, and ensure we are approachable – and we allocate more times in our diaries to see clients.”

“Our client satisfaction policy ensures prospective clients are always greeted with smiles, with better access to a practitioner or someone who can assist, and with minimal waiting times for calls. Our clients can always talk to a person not a machine.”
