There’s an excitiing new dining destination in South Ripley, with the opening of ‘FORTY WEST’ featuring the food everyone loves: burgers, house made pizzas and great breakfast dishes – and there’s beers on tap and a full bar menu.
Head Chef at Forty West, Tim O’Connell, is proud to be part of the fastest growing community in southeast Queensland.
“I just love this place, so much so that we can’t wait for our house here to be finished so we can move in and start living here,” Tim said.
He is also passionate about providing such a great venue and mouthwatering menu selections for his customers at the cafe.
“People can come here anytime during the day, and at night for dinner, and just relax and enjoy what we have to offer,” Tim said.
“It’s just so good for parents, who can relax on the lounges on the deck and watch their kids playing safely in the Water Park.
“We provide the table service, while they enjoy the surroundings along with our food and bar service.”
Visitors to Forty West for the first time are pleasantly surprised by this high quality restaurant overlooking the Splash & Play Water Park.
“There’s really something for everyone here, watching TV on the big screens, enjoying lunch with friends away from the hustle of city life – and it’s a great facility for the people who live here as well.”
Tim said that there’s an increasing number of people coming from Ipswich Central and the Springfield area to check out the Providence area. “We ask people where they come from, and about a third say they have come in from Ipswich,” Tim said.
