Ipswich Hospital Foundation (IHF) Fit4Life Coordinator Ashton Greaves said she hopes Ipswich residents will help break the Fit4Life Activities weekly attendance record of 500 during Healthy Weight Week.
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, half of Australian adults are unhappy with their current weight.
“Exercise is an essential part of your tool box when tackling a healthy weight and Fit4Life sessions have been instrumental in helping many participants achieve this,” Ms Greaves said. “Our low-cost, no contract, professionally run sessions are the perfect way to help achieve your healthy weight so why wait – join our friendly groups!”
The Fit4Life sessions include running, walking, full body fitness, aqua fitness and much more, and won’t cost you more than $5. Bargain!
