Movies in the Park: ‘SING’

Pack a picnic, get outdoors with the family and join Mayor Andrew Antoniolli and the Councillors of the City of Ipswich at the FREE Movies in the Park. This month, they’re showing SING – In a city of humanoid animals, a hustling theatre impresario’s attempt to save his theatre with a singing competition becomes grander than he anticipates and its finalists find their lives will never be the same.

The Handmade Expo Market is all Handmade/Baked/Grown along with a few quality crafting supplies for you to create your own ‘Handmade experience’. They have an amazing array of stallholders who join us at this market each month. Come along and have a Handmade Adventure!

Kokodama Workshop
Saturday, Feb 17, 9:30am-12pm
Masonic Hall, Ipswich

Get your hands dirty as you’re guided through the steps to create your very own moss ball plant. They are low maintenance and can be easily moved to different parts of your home to create a beautiful, decorative feature. They also create unique hanging plants. Cost is $69, with all plants and materials included as well as a healthy and yummy morning tea and coffee.

Wickety Wak members Rob Rosenlund & Tony Jeffrey have teamed up with the hilarious Dave Mitchell to perform as Outtawak. Their show includes send up’s and songs of artists like Tom Jones, Kermit the Frog, Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, The Platters, John Denver, and many more.
