The ever-popular Movies In The Park program has been announced for 2016 and is sure to be another big hit with local residents.

The six-movie summer and autumn series includes family-friendly films on outdoor big screens from Chuwar to Goodna so note the dates below and lock them on your calendar.

Ipswich Mayor Paul Pisasale said the free community program was now in its tenth year.

“Thousands of people have turned out to enjoy an evening under the stars since council started supporting Movies in the Park in 2007,” he said.

“This year we’re once again grateful to Heritage Bank for backing the program, and we look forward to seeing smiling faces at some of our city’s great green spaces.”
