Nick Jr’s Dora’s Dance Party
In Dora the Explorer’s stage show, Dora’s Dance Party! Nick Jr. invites pre-schoolers to play along and learn with Dora as she embarks on a new dance-filled adventure. Dora will have audiences marching like ants, wiggling like spiders, and slithering like snakes in a highly interactive live show. Based on the hugely popular Nick Jr. television series Dora the Explorer, Dora’s Dance Party! brings the loved Latina explorer from the screen to the stage in an engaging live show produced specifically for smaller locations or venues.

Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo are mutant turtles who have been trained in the art of ninjutsu by their rat sensei, Master Splinter. Emerging from their sewer lair, the reptile brothers confront the wondrous world of New York City, facing villains more dangerous and pizza more delicious than anything they could have imagined. Through battles with Shredder, the Kraang and loads of super-powerful mutants, the Turtles learn to rely on themselves and each other as they grow to become the heroes they are destined to be.

Popcorn Pirates
The Popcorn Pirates originated as a roving act around Southbank Parklands over a decade ago and quickly became a full blown show that has entertained literally thousands of eager young Buccaneers with their silly banter, catchy songs and energetic performances! It’s a show full of fun and mayhem so “oooh arrgghh don’t be shy, come and join the fun on a wild ride across the ocean aboard the S.S Popcorn!!”

How to get there

  • Take the train to Ipswich Train Station and walk across the David Trumpy Bridge, head right onto The Terrace.
  • Drive to the event – there is plenty of parking in the local area.

Admission price

  • This is a FREE event.

Food and drink

  • A range of food will be available for sale – prices range from $2.00
  • A range of drinks will be available from $3.50
  • This is an alcohol-free event
  • Public are at liberty to bring in their own food and drinks (no alcohol).

Seating

  • Public seating is available in the Reserve Grandstand (approx 700) and on the grassed area (approx 10,000).
