Ipswich Musical Theatre Company invited Paul Mercurio, Scott Hastings in that iconic movie, to come to Ipswich to be the casting director at auditions for Strictly Ballroom The Musical. Now Ipswich audiences have a chance to relive the magic of Strictly Ballroom, with all the larger than life characters, costumes, glitz and glamour in a kaleidoscope of colour. Great Houses of Ipswich

The National Trust, through its Ipswich Branch and in partnership with the owners of three Great Houses, is very proud to help open the doors to just a few of the outstanding private heritage residences that might otherwise be appreciated by only a few.

Ipswich is Burning
28th September – Goleby’s Basement, 7pm-11pm
A night of local DJ’s and record selectors playing all vinyl, all night, and of course will all be dancing. Expect the best hits and obscurities of the disco, punk, funk, glam, soul, early hip hop eras. All money raised from the night will go towards Angela from Poison Arrow, who is battling serious health problems.
